To support the busy lifestyles of young working couples, a commercial area has been dedicated right at the center of SAVASA filled with life-necessity facilities such as: Mini Market, Day Care Center, Coin Laundry, Canteen/Coffee Shop, Car Wash, etc.
SAVASA Resident Activity Center will also served as the hub for all community-building activities, such as weekend bazaar which knit the true sense of belongings among Smart People of SAVASA.
Resident can just drop their laundry in the morning in the Coin Laundry and take it back in the afternoon after coming back from work. Or, busy couples with no maid can drop their small kids in the Day Care Center in the morning and pick up in the afternoon without being worried the kids unattended at home.
